About the Program

The COVID-19 pandemic has reset the retail game board. The most successful retailers will be those that connect with consumers in new ways by leaning in on their digital, omnichannel, and in-store technology ambitions.

Over the last two years, the retail industry evolved faster than we could’ve imagined. Ecommerce, along with other digital channels, took center stage as new shopping habits formed and expectations drastically shifted. While we won’t be traveling in flying cars to our favorite stores anytime soon, we’re still on the fast track to a transformed shopping experience. SAP has long been committed to bringing digital technology to enable more Chinese enterprises to go overseas. We believe that digital transformation is the acceleration of the consumer industry’s future. In August 2022, SAP.iO Foundry Shanghai launched 2022 Fall “Future of Shopping” cohort, looking for outstanding consumer technology companies in the market to join our ecosystem, improve the overall shopping experience of our customers.

  • Solve the reconciliation between the actual sales revenue of the store and the third-party payment (WeChat, Alipay, etc.)
  • Cloud POS solutions for stores

Intelligent Supply Chain

  • Big data analysis for retail supply chain
  • Industrial chain interconnection: invoice, contract, planning
  • Retail rebate contract calculation applications

E-commerce and Private Domain Marketing

  • All-in-one retail membership management application
  • Private domain marketing in retail industry, social e-commerce, live broadcast
  • Docking application between the omni-channel e-commerce and the 3rd party platform

New Retail Technology

  • AI, RPA, AR/VR technology to enhance product search experience
  • Smart vending machines, contactless shopping, metaverse shopping guide, etc
