About the Program

This program is for startups with innovative solutions for business to business (B2B) sales and service processes and experiences to help improve the customer journey. Customer Experience (CX) is SAP’s largest addressable market with a strong demand for more CX partner solutions that SAP customers can leverage. ​

During this 5-month program, selected startups will build and develop long term-partnerships with SAP by defining joint use-cases, product integration and various business development opportunities. SAP customers will also be involved in the program by supporting cohort selection and evaluating opportunities for proof of concepts.

Focus Areas

This founder friendly program will focus on supporting B2B technology startups across the world with solutions in the following areas:

Next Stage Knowledge Management

Innovation for self-service support for users or agents in call center to navigate information such as FAQ and help, AI-driven knowledge delivery for self and assisted service, including dynamic knowledge content repository, taxonomy, content generation, curation, and classification. Knowledge management is not just for self-service, it is critical for agent productivity.

Partner Portal & Channels

Seamless user experience to integrate brand portal with partner data, with functionality/end-to-end process execution such as check current case status or supply chain issues. Virtual agents with extreme automation based on training on large language models, deep learning neural network and reinforcement learning.

Workforce Management & Gamification

Locate and staff the right resources based on insights for handling opportunities and exceptions. Context driven to ensure the right person is in the right place at the right time to pursue the right sales or service opportunity. Leverage different strategies such as performance management and workload analysis across sales and service teams, especially looking to extend and activate 3rd party teams. Not all use-cases require dispatch, which implies field service.

Inside Sales

Intelligent lead qualification and scoring, intelligent outbound prospecting including ML authoring for outbound email, and task automation.

Conversational & Revenue Intelligence

Conversational analysis to improve sales and/or service processes, understand customer’s buying signals, trends and points of sensitivity to drive revenue and improve forecasting.
