About the Program
This program is for startups helping enhance and personalize the customer journey and experience. Customer Experience (CX) is SAP’s largest addressable market with a strong demand for more CX partner solutions that SAP customers can leverage. During the 3-month program the selected startups will build and develop their long term-partnership with SAP, which include defining the joint use-case, product integration, and various business development activities to form initial pipeline of deals. A few SAP clients will also be involved in the program, supporting screening, selections and be a potential beta-site for future proof of concepts.
This founder friendly program will focus on supporting B2B & B2B2C technology startups helping customers enhance and personalize their customer journey and experience in the following areas:
AI & ML
Bring the ability to build models, in order to provide real time segmentation, audiences creation and modeling churn detection, with the goal to improve customer lifetime value.
Develop real-time interaction management (RTIM) and in-page personalization to deliver contextually relevant experiences, value, and utility at the appropriate moment in the customer life cycle based on consented customer profile and activity data and insights
Ability to inject and extract to/from customer data platform in real-time, batch, or on-demand with capability of transforming and normalizing data; ability to orchestrate journeys and trigger events in external applications.
