About the Program

Today, businesses of all sizes must rely on their people and on the agility of their organization to transform digitally and thrive. Organizations must also be able to attract, develop, and retain the best people – tapping into their full potential, and meaningful connecting them to the company’s purpose and mission. Those same people also expect a consumer-like experience at work, especially when it comes to technology.

In September 2022, SAP.iO Foundry Berlin is kicking off an equity-free program for startups that are helping customers increase the value of their workforce by developing, managing, engaging, and empowering their people. This program provides technical and go-to-market support to help startups integrate with SAP SuccessFactors, accelerate their entry into a curated, inclusive ecosystem, and scale through mentorship, demand generation, and opportunities to increase visibility with SAP customers.
